That means: if a competitor in your sector has been moving faster on FLIS / NMCRL intelligence — winning bids you didn't see coming, sourcing alternates you couldn't find, surfacing DEMIL exposure before you did — you would have no way of knowing whether they are doing it with DAITK at the enterprise tier. Their NDA prevents them from saying so. Ours prevents us from saying so.
