Chaîne d'ancre

Chaîne d'ancre à maillons à étai en configurations commune, élargie et maillons d'extrémité, avec manilles d'assemblage à boulon. Les étais sont forgés à matrice, fixés hydrauliquement et finis par soudure sur demande — pas d'arêtes vives, pas d'empreintes de rupture.

Chaîne d'ancre à étais (FSC 4010) pour mouillage naval, commercial et grand format. Le procédé Dibblee forge à matrice chaque étai et le fixe hydrauliquement dans le maillon à chaud. Les faces sont complètement encapsulées — pas d'arêtes ni de saillies pouvant amorcer une fissure. Le soudage autour d'une ou des deux extrémités d'étai est disponible sur demande. Les dimensions des maillons communs, maillons élargis, maillons d'extrémité et manilles d'assemblage à boulon sont tabulées par diamètre nominal pour les spécifications ABS, Lloyd's et équivalentes.
