ADVANTAGES OF THE PATENT SOLID SWIVEL
CONSTRUCTION. The Swivel consists of three separate parts,
each made from the solid material, with the centre as the body.
Each Eyebolt end has independent swivelling movement.
SAFETY FACTOR. In strength it surpasses any Swivel ever
produced and the rotating movement is unimpaired right up to
the point of destruction.
SWIVELLING ACTION. The Swivel has the perfect free and
smooth movement of a Ball Bearing type.
LUBRICATION. _ This is not essential, but occasional application of
oil or grease ensures a capacity for very long and continuous
use. For this purpose the barrel is fitted with an oil hole.
ECONOMY. Although having ALL the advantages of the most
expensive Ball Bearing type, and NONE of the disadvantages,
the DUAL (PATENT) SOLID SWIVEL is CHEAPER than a Ball
Bearing Swivel.

HEADACHE BALL ASSEMBLIES
Single lines perform better and last longer when rigged with headache balls.
Mounted above the ball, the swivel prevents both load and ball from spinning. This eliminates the
twisting forces that frequently cause wire rope to unlay and snap.
The compact assembly of cap, swivel, ball, and hook saves headroom.
Forged steel hooks are equipped with latches. The latch is not a
load supporting device--intended only to retain loose rigging.
