Water Pressures —
The Solway will give a satisfactory flush on any maintained
pressure between 5ibs and 60lbs per square inch.

The small bypass hole in the piston assembly must be kept
clear and not allowed to become clogged. Fig. 1 shows release and main valve at rest. Arrows indicate
water on pressure side of valve and direction of pressure
holding valves tight on their seatings.

position. Arrows indicate direction of flow to outlet of valve
